Lazy Cabbage Rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 tablespoons long grain rice
- 2 cups store-bought spaghetti sauce
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Saute beef, onion, salt, pepper and rice until beef is brown.
- Drain.
- In roaster, lay the cabbage, then meat mixture, then layer of spaghetti sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
