Blackened Seasoned Salmon

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Adjust the Cayenne and Paprika to your heat level.
  3. I coated some Salmon pieces with the mix.
  4. Heated up the pan (stainless) then added a little olive oil.
  5. Place the coated salmon pieces in immediately and fry them until they get a nice color and crisp.
  6. Flip to other side and remove from pan.
  7. Serve and yum!
