Blackened Seasoned Salmon
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Dried thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cayenne powder
- 1 tsp Smoked hot paprika
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper powder
- Mix all together.
- Adjust the Cayenne and Paprika to your heat level.
- I coated some Salmon pieces with the mix.
- Heated up the pan (stainless) then added a little olive oil.
- Place the coated salmon pieces in immediately and fry them until they get a nice color and crisp.
- Flip to other side and remove from pan.
- Serve and yum!
