Mike'S Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
  2. While sauce is simmering, prepare the meat.
  3. Brown 2-inch pieces of cubed chuck steak in a frying pan.
  4. Brown 3 to 4-inch pieces of Italian sausage.
  5. Add both meats to sauce and continue to simmer for another hour.
  6. Add prepared meatballs and then simmer 1/2 hour more.
