Baked Camembert And Gorgonzola With Honey And Oatcakes Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.
  2. 1 Cut the garlic into slivers and push into the cheese with the thyme sprigs.
  3. Bake for 20 min till beginning to soften and heat.
  4. 2 Cut two slices of Gorgonzola and place on top of the oatcakes.
  5. Drizzle over the honey.
  6. Remove the camembert from the oven and serve with pcs of crusty bread, ripe pears, grapes, and apple slices for dipping and spreading.
