Stuffed Breakfast Poblanos

  1. Coat poblanos lightly in olive oil and place on baking sheet under broiler, turning as they char.
  2. Once charred & bubbly place in paper bag (school lunch style) and close.
  3. Let rest for at least 15 min.
  4. You can also place peppers in bowl covered with Saran Wrap.
  5. Once done steaming, very carefully remove the outer skin on the pepper.
  6. Set aside to fill later.
