Herbed Oyster Crackers

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic, thyme, parsley, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the crackers and toss to coat thoroughly.
  5. Transfer to a small baking sheet and bake until crisp and lightly golden, about 10 minutes.
