Tender Ginger Pork
- 10 slice Pork loin slices
- 1 Aubergine (slim Japanese type)
- 5 cm Chinese yam (nagaimo)
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 Okra
- 4 leaves Cabbage
- 4 thumbtip-sized pieces of ginger Ginger
- 1/2 onion Grated onion
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Marinate the pork loin in the ingredients marked .
- Cover with plastic wrap, and rest for 1 hour.
- Shred cabbage.
- Grill other vegetables!
- No need to season them.
- Fry the pork and marinade in a pan.
- Serve on a dish.
- Enjoy!
