Hot Wing Dip
- 2 whole Large Chicken Breasts
- 23 cups Hot Sauce
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Boil the chicken breasts and shred into small pieces when cool.
- Mix hot sauce and room temperature cream cheese until creamy.
- Once mixed well, add shredded chicken and stir together.
- Put mixture in an 8-1/2x11 baking pan and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350F for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, etc.
- More hot sauce can be added for an extra kick!
