Smoky Barbecue Ribs
- 2 tablespoons vinegar balsamic
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard dijon
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar brown
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes dried flakes
- 1 teaspoon ginger root fresh, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup onions green, chopped
- 4 pounds pork ribs cut in single ribs
- Use chili sauce that is similar to ketchup, not the hot spicy variety with chile peppers.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs.
- Dip each rib into sauce.
- Place coated ribs in cooker.
- Pour remaining sauce over ribs in pot.
- Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
