Low Sodium Pizza Sauce (also Gluten Free and Sugar Free)

  1. Melt butter with olive oil in a large sauce pan.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until onions are transparent.
  3. Add everything else, bring to a boil and simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the bay leaf if desired.
  5. I usually like to run my pizza sauce through a blender before I use it, but that is optional too.
  6. Enjoy!
