Artichoke Salad
- 8 ounces corkscrew macaroni
- 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 can sliced ripe olives
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, seeds removed and sliced
- 14 cup feta cheese
- 13 cup white vinegar or 13 cup wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 34 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon dill weed
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Mix vinegar, oil, honey, basil, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
- Chill for 1 hour and serve.
