Creamed Chicken Bake

  1. In a saucepan, mix together cream of celery, chicken, & 3/4 cup soy milk.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour into ungreased 3 qt baking dish.
  4. Heat oven to 425F.
  5. Put 1 cup soy milk in mixing bowl, then add biscuit mix to soy milk until reach drop biscuit consistency.
  6. Should be about 1 1/2 cups.
  7. Drop dough on top of chicken mixture, spoonfuls at a time.
  8. Then spread dough out if you desire.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Then serve.
