Mesmerizing Berry Pie

• 1 prepared pie crust
• 6 to 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 egg
• 1 can fruit pie filling (berry is best)

1. Cream together cheese and sugar; add juice and egg.
2. Whisk together and pour into pie crust (with egg white wash).
3. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
4. Then add the fruit pie filling and bake at 400F fo another 20 minutes.
