Golden Cheesecake Squares

  1. Stir together flours, lemon rind, melted butter, sugar, eggs and milk, press into a greased Swiss Roll tin.
  2. Beat Philly* until smooth, add sugar, vanilla essence and egg yolks.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup raisins and lemon rind.
  4. Spread over cake mixture.
  5. Sprinkle topping with remaining raisins and almonds.
  6. Bake in oven 180C for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
