Basil Garlic Vinaigrette Recipe
- 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. champagne vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- In a blender, combine the basil, vinegar, and Parmesan cheese till the basil is pureed.
- With the motor running, pour the oil through the opening and blend till smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour into a small bowl, and set aside.
- Whisk before using.
- This recipe yields about 1 c..
