Chow Mein Cookies

• 2 cups chow mein noodles
• 12 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup miniature marshmallow
• 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips

1. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a double-boiler.
2. Pour over noodles and marshmallows.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
