Refreshing Bavarian Cream With Kiwifruit

  1. Use an electric mixer to beat the sugar and heavy cream until thick.
  2. Combine milk and gelatin in a pot, and whisk over heat.
  3. When it starts to boil, cool it over a bowl of ice-cold water.
  4. Add Step 2 into the bowl from Step 1 and mix.
  5. Pour Step 3 into cups and let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. (If your cups are large, then chill for about 45-60 minutes.)
  7. Finely slice the kiwifruit, put it in a bowl, and coat with the mizuame syrup.
  8. Put 5 slices of kiwifruit on top of each of the bowls from Step 4 to finish.

  10. The cream here is topped with a syrup.
  11. The kiwifruit is so soft and flavorful.
