Refreshing Bavarian Cream With Kiwifruit
- 450 ml Milk
- 9 grams Gelatin
- 150 ml Heavy cream
- 60 grams Sugar
- 3 Kiwi fruit
- 4 tbsp Mizuame syrup (store-bought)
- Use an electric mixer to beat the sugar and heavy cream until thick.
- Combine milk and gelatin in a pot, and whisk over heat.
- When it starts to boil, cool it over a bowl of ice-cold water.
- Add Step 2 into the bowl from Step 1 and mix.
- Pour Step 3 into cups and let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- (If your cups are large, then chill for about 45-60 minutes.)
- Finely slice the kiwifruit, put it in a bowl, and coat with the mizuame syrup.
- Put 5 slices of kiwifruit on top of each of the bowls from Step 4 to finish.

- The cream here is topped with a syrup.
- The kiwifruit is so soft and flavorful.
