Fat Free JELL-O 10-Minute Fruit Whip

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Add enough ice cubes to juice to measure 2 cups.
  3. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is partially melted.
  4. Place in blender container; cover.
  5. Blend on medium speed 30 seconds.
  6. Spoon orange segments evenly into 10 dessert glasses or large glass serving bowl.
  7. Gradually pour gelatin mixture over fruit.
  8. Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
  9. (As gelatin sets, a frothy layer forms on top with a clear layer on the bottom.)
