Chicken Taco Casserole

• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 pkg. (14.6 oz.) TACO BELL Soft Tortilla Taco Dinner Kit
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup frozen corn
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
3. Add chicken and onions; cook and stir 8 to 10 min.
4. or until chicken is done.
5. Add Seasoning Mix and water; stir.
6. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
7. Remove from heat; stir in corn and sour cream.
8. Cover bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray with 5 Tortillas; top with 1 cup cheese, chicken mixture and remaining tortillas.
9. Drizzle with Taco Sauce.
10. Bake 15 min.
11. or until heated through.
12. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
13. or until melted.
