Vegetable Lasagna With Alfredo Sauce Recipe

  1. Cook noodles as directed.
  2. Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender but still firm.
  3. Combine cream with butter in saucepan over medium heat - Don't BOIL.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread a little sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan.
  6. Place 3 or 4 noodles on sauce in bottom of pan.
  7. Add in layer of vegetables.
  8. Cover with 3 slices of Mozzarella cheese.
  9. Pour 1/3 of sauce over cheese.
  10. Repeat above layers until all ingredients are used.
  11. On top layer sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese - add in the rest of the sauce.
  12. Cook uncovered at 350 until warm and Mozzarella cheese is light brown.
