Almond Chicken With Apricot Sauce

  1. In shallow bowl combine first five ingredients.
  2. Set aside 1/2 cup of sauce.
  3. Dip chicken in remaining sauce and place in a greased 13x9 bakind dish.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with alomonds and drizzle with butter.
  5. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear.
  6. Serve with reserved sauce.
