Marinated Cheese

  1. Whisk together first three ingredients until mixture is blended.
  2. Stir in red peppers and next 6 ingredients.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Slice cheese into 1/4" bite size pieces.
  5. Arrange in a 9x13 dish.
  6. Pour marinade over cheese.
  7. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
  8. Transfer to a platter (placing cream cheese on top) and spoon marinade over top.
  9. Serve with a variety of crackers.
  10. Note: You can use any type of cheese you like.
  11. I have used Havarti, white cheddar, and mozarella.
  12. Enjoy!
