Taco Corn Salad Recipe

  1. Drop flour tortillas into 3 inches of warm oil and hold down with a coke bottle for 30-40 seconds till crisp.
  2. Filling: Brown grnd beef and drain.
  3. Add in 1 package taco seasoning mix, corn and tomatoes.
  4. When warm fill shells and top with cheese and lettuce.
