Cheeseburger-roni

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Spray 10-inch oven-safe skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beefaroni, drained tomatoes, ketchup, pickle, and mustard to skillet.
  4. Heat 5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Lightly spray torn bun with cooking spray and place on top of cheese.
  7. Place skillet under broiler 2 to 3 minutes or until bun pieces are browned and crisp.Each serving provides Vitamin A 15%, Vitamin C 7%, Calcium 10%, Iron 10%
