Celebration Gelatin Dessert
- 4-1/2 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- Add 1-1/2 cups boiling water to strawberry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Pour into 8-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 40 to 45 min.
- or until gelatin is set but not firm.
- Repeat to dissolve berry blue gelatin mix in 1-1/2 cups of the remaining boiling water.
- Spoon over gelatin layer in mold.
- Refrigerate 40 to 45 min.
- or until set but not firm.
- Dissolve lemon gelatin mix in remaining boiling water.
- Stir in evaporated milk.
- Spoon over layer in mold.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
