Asian Zing Meatloaf

  1. Saute veggies in a large saute pan with both oils.
  2. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Add garlic when veggies are almost tender.
  4. Saute until garlic is fragrant.
  5. Cool down veggies.
  6. Combine meat, cooled off veggies, and remaining ingredients.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Roast at 300 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 155
  9. Variations; Bacon, mustard, wasabi, horseradish, lemongrass, cilantro, parsley, scallions
  10. Try glazing with Hoisin or other sauces approximately 5 minutes before meatloaf is done.
