Easy Homemade Ice Cream With Oreo Cookies Recipe
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. water
- 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 c. coarsely crushed oreo
- 2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream
- In large bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in Eagle Brand, water and vanilla.
- Mix in cookies and whipped cream.
- Pour into aluminum foil lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt container.
- Cover, freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
- Scoop ice cream from pan or possibly peel off foil and slice.
- Return to freezer.
