Ravioli With Peas and Crispy Bacon
- 1 slice bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1 (16 -18 ounce) package cheese ravioli
- 14 cup reserved pasta water
- salt
- pepper
- ricotta salata, grated
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.
- Add garlic to skillet and cook until golden.
- Add peas and cook until heated through.
- Mix in the ravioli and pasta water; season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with the bacon and ricotta.
