Simple Chickpeas With Yogurt
- 1 cup chickpeas, 1 cup (boiled)
- 12 cup potato, 1/2 cup (boiled)
- 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tbsp
- 4 -5 large curry leaves, 4-5 (large)
- 3 tablespoons onions, 3 tbsp (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon salt, 1tbsp
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed, 1tbsp (roasted and grounded)
- 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tbsp (roasted and grounded)
- 1 tablespoon red peppers (own flavor) or 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tbsp (own flavor)
- 250 g yogurt, 250 gm
- 1 tablespoon green chili pepper, 1 tbsp
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, 3 tbsp (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons mint leaves, 2 tbsp (chopped)
- 12 tablespoon cumin, 1/2 tbsp (roasted)
- 3 tablespoons tomatoes, 3 tbsp
- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onion.Cook for a while.
- Then add green chili ,tomatoes, salt,red pepper, cumin,coriander,chickpeas,and potatoes.Cook for a while.
- Then take it out in a dish and serve with yogurt.
- FOR YOGURT: Add green chilli ,coriander leaves,mint and salt in a yogurt and add them in blender and blend.
- Then add cumin and blend it again.
- Take it out in a bowl and serve with chickpeas.
