Saucy Beef Carnitas

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients that are listed above the steak on the above list.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Then add the meat and flip it over a few times to coat the meat.
  4. Add the meat and the sauce into your slow cooker.
  5. Cook in slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
  6. At this point, remove meat from your slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  7. Whisk the corn starch into the sauce and mix to combine.
  8. Then return the meat to slow cooker and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
  9. Spoon meat and sauce into corn tortillas or eat it over Spanish rice.
