Dijon-Glazed Halibut

  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Coat the grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Combine all ingredients but fish and optional parsley.
  4. Brush over fish.
  5. Grill fish, covered with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  6. Garnish with additional parsley, if used.
