Quick And Easy Rice Jambalaya

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook and stir until lightly browned. Add chicken, onion, pepper, celery and garlic; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through. Stir in tomatoes, okra, tomato sauce and seasoning. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir.
