Weeknight 4 CHEESE Quiche

• 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
• 1 frozen ready-to-bake pastry pie shell (9 inch)
• 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Cook mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
3. or until onions are crisp-tender.
4. Remove from heat; stir in spinach.
5. Whisk eggs, milk and Miracle Whip in medium bowl until blended.
6. Add spinach mixture and cheese; mix well.
7. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with bacon.
8. Bake 50 min.
9. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
