Lea Ann's Cabbage Rolls

  1. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Season meat, add onion, rice and beaten egg.
  3. Roll a portion of the filling into each leaf.
  4. Fasten ends with toothpicks.
  5. Place in crockpot and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours.
