Lea Ann's Cabbage Rolls
- 8 each cabbage leaves, large
- 1 pound beef ground
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 1 each soup, tomato can
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons onions chopped
- 1 cup rice cooked
- Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Season meat, add onion, rice and beaten egg.
- Roll a portion of the filling into each leaf.
- Fasten ends with toothpicks.
- Place in crockpot and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours.
