Farmhouse Recipe Frozen Mixed Bell Peppers
- 1 as much (to taste) Green peppers or bell peppers (a variety of colors)
- Wash the peppers and slice them in half.
- Remove the seeds and pith.
- Pat the peppers dry with a paper towel and dice into 5-mm cubes.
- Put them in a freezer bag and freeze.
- You can use them frozen.
- Just take out the amount you need.
- Try them in meat sauce...
- in a gratin...
- on pizza toast...
- Or, you could also use them to make a dressing for Cobb salad.
