Choc Blueberry Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs, coconut and butter and press into the base of a lightly greased 20cm springform pan.
  2. Chill.
  3. Beat Philly* and sugar using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add gelatine mixture and lemon juice and beat until combined.
  5. Fold through cream and blueberries.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared tin; chill until set.
  7. Serve cheesecake garnished with extra berries.
