Mushroom-Broccoli Chowder

  1. Cook broccoli in broth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cook mushrooms and onion in margarine, blend in flour, salt and pepper, add milk, cook until thickened.
  4. Add corn, hot sauce and pimentos.
  5. Heat until hot and bubbling Sprinkle cheese over the top and serve.
