Healthy Cornbread

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients using a beater.
  3. Add to the dry.
  4. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan, or 12 muffin tins.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
