Asian Baked Brussel Sprouts
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sake
- Cut the ends off and split lengthwise.
- Toss with some high heat oil to bake.
- Spread around on your lined baking sheet and bake until browned and crispy, turning halfway through.
- While the sprouts are baking heat up the liquids until steaming and thicken a bit.
- I boil it for a few minutes.
- When done toss with your sauce and sesame seeds.
