Jay's Lamb meatball with Curry sauce
- 1 lb Ground lamb
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 can Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cayenne powder
- Preheat oven 350F.
- Meatballs mix all ingredients together.
- Make meatballs about a inch and half in diameter.
- Spray cookie sheet with canola place meatballs on sheet.
- Place in oven for aprox.
- 35min or till meatball starts browning.
- Sauce mix ingredients in sauce pan on medium heat stir let simmer for 2mins .
- Then finished.
- I used texas toast quartered to place meatball on top drizzle sauce over.
- Garnish with water cress.
