Curried Turkey And Rice Casserole Recipe
- 3 c. cooked turkey
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced celery
- 3/8 c. rice
- 1/8 c. parsley
- 1 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/8 c. bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together turkey, soup and remaining ingredients except butter and bread crumbs.
- Cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally, till rice is cooked and warm and bubbly.
- In saucepan heat butter, stir in bread crumbs, set aside.
- When casserole is warm and bubbly, sprinkle with crumb mix and bake another 15 min, till golden.
