pig roast
- 1 charcoal
- 150 lb pig ( can be purchased from local butcher
- 1 water
- place pig stomach side down on preheated charcoal grill
- cook about 15 hours on low to medium heat adding more charcoal as needed
- rinse the skin with water and use rubber gloves to pull meat from bones
- enjoy
