Creamy Corn with Chilies

• 4 cups corn kernels, fresh or thawed frozen
• 8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
• 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies, drained

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Spoon into a casserole.
4. Cover and bake for about 30 minutes.
