Pasta With Six-Herb Sauce
- 1 lb shell pasta
- 30 g butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 12 small fresh sage leaves
- 12 small fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh marjoram, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 14 cup vegetable stock
- Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan according to packet instructions.
- Drain, set aside and keep warm.
- To make sauce, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and herbs and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Stir in stock, bring to a simmer and cook for 4 minutes.
- To serve, spoon sauce over hot pasta and toss to combine.
