Lobster And White Wine In A Fresh Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet; add lobster.
  2. Cook quickly over high heat for approximately 1 minute, stirring frequently. Using a slotted spoon, transfer lobster to small bowl and set aside.
