Chili Verde Recipe

  1. Spray a nonstick pan with Pam.
  2. Add in 1 to 2 Tbsp.
  3. canola oil and heat.
  4. Lightly flour turkey (shake in a zip lock bag with a little flour) and brown.
  5. Add in onion, chilis, salsa and tomatillos.
  6. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour.
  7. Serve wrapped in whole wheat flour tortillas.
