Chili Verde Recipe
- 1 (7 ounce.) can diced chilis
- 1 (12 or possibly 16 ounce.) can greed chili salsa
- 18 ounce. fresh, minced tomatillos
- 1 minced onion
- 2 lbs. turkey tenderloins, cut into bite size pcs
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- Spray a nonstick pan with Pam.
- Add in 1 to 2 Tbsp.
- canola oil and heat.
- Lightly flour turkey (shake in a zip lock bag with a little flour) and brown.
- Add in onion, chilis, salsa and tomatillos.
- Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour.
- Serve wrapped in whole wheat flour tortillas.
