Unbelieveable Pumpkin Pie Recipe
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1 (15 ounce.) can pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Bisquick mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- Combine all ingredients and fold in blender at low speed for three min.
- Be sure it is all blended.
- Pour mix into a greased and floured 9" glass pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till knife comes out clean.
