Braised Orange BBQ Ribs

  1. Season ribs with pepper.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Add ribs; cook 2 min.
  4. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  5. Stir onions into pan.
  6. Cook 3 to 5 min.
  7. or until onions are lightly browned.
  8. Mix broth, BBQ sauce and drink mix until blended; pour over ribs.
  9. Bring to boil; cover.
  10. Simmer on low heat 1 hour.
  11. Uncover; simmer 30 to 40 min.
  12. or until sauce is slightly thickened and ribs are very tender.
  13. Remove ribs from skillet, reserving liquid in skillet; cover ribs to keep warm.
  14. Skim fat from sauce and serve with ribs.
