Barbecued Chicken and Avocado Pizza

  1. Marinate the chicken breast in olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 tsp.
  2. crushed red pepper flakes overnight.
  3. Grill the chicken breast.
  4. Remove the chicken breast and slice.
  5. Preheat oven to 450F.
  6. Roll out pizza dough and place on pizza tray.
  7. Brush olive oil over pizza crust.
  8. Sprinkle remaining 2 cloves minced garlic and 1/4 tsp.
  9. crushed red pepper flakes over crust.
  10. Arrange the asiago cheese, then sliced chicken and tomato on the crust.
  11. Grate the Parmiggiano-Reggiano over the toppings.
  12. Place in the oven and bake for about 18 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
  13. Remove pizza, slice and place an avocado sliver on each slice.
  14. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro and crack the black pepper over the pizza.
