Mandie's Super Healthy Smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. I usually blend the soy milk, spinach, and tomatoes together first so that the spinach is completely liquified.
  3. Mix and match ingredients.
  4. We usually use what ever kind of fruit we can find on sale.
  5. Strawberries and bananas are a staple, but I have been know to add blueberries, apples, starfruit, mangoes, pureed pumpkin, and even peanut butter.
